By accessing or using the Quantic Aether platform at https://quanticaether.com ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Quantic Aether ("we", "our", "us").

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Quantic Aether provides a Therapeutic Assistant platform designed exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals. The platform includes:

• •A Methods Vault containing premium educational content on bioscience, frequency medicine, detox protocols, and related fields
• •An Interactive Atlas of molecular entities, minerals, crystals, frequencies, and their relationships
• •An AI-assisted consultation tool (Atlas Doctor) powered by the 369-Atlas Advanced System for contextual clinical support
• •Blog content covering evidence-based research in advanced wellness topics
• •Account management tools for accessing and managing purchased content

Target audience: This platform is designed for and marketed exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals (physicians, psychologists, therapists, and other regulated health practitioners). Use by unlicensed individuals is at their own risk and outside the scope of our intended service.

Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, therapeutic, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

The Platform is available under the following subscription tiers. Each plan grants access to distinct features:

Personal Plan - Full access to the Methods Vault and Interactive Atlas - AI chat assistant for personal learning purposes - Single-user license — account is non-transferable - Intended for individual licensed practitioners for their own professional development

Therapist Plan - All Personal Plan features - Access to the Atlas Doctor AI consultation module - Enhanced usage quotas for AI-assisted queries - May be used in a professional context with patients under your direct clinical supervision - Single licensed practitioner per account

Clinic Plan - All Therapist Plan features - Multi-user license (number of seats defined at purchase) - Centralized billing and team management dashboard - Each seat must correspond to a licensed healthcare professional - Organizational use permitted within the licensed clinic or practice

Sharing account credentials between multiple users not covered by a Clinic Plan is a material breach of these Terms.

To use the Platform, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• •Hold a valid license or registration to practice a regulated healthcare profession in your jurisdiction (strongly recommended; required for Therapist and Clinic plans)
• •Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• •Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law
• •Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

Account Creation You must create an account to access premium features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Account Security You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Do not share your account credentials. Each account is for individual use only unless you hold a Clinic Plan.

Account Termination by User You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by emailing legal@quanticaether.com. Deletion is permanent and will remove your purchased content access.

Account Suspension by Us We may suspend or terminate accounts that: - Violate these Terms - Engage in fraudulent activity - Share paid content without authorization - Abuse the AI assistant or platform features

Our Content All Platform content — including text, images, graphics, methodology, therapeutic protocols, code, and AI-generated assets — is owned by Quantic Aether or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The Methods Vault catalog and Atlas entries are proprietary databases of Quantic Aether.

License Granted to You Upon payment (where applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to: - Access and view purchased content for professional, non-commercial use within the scope of your subscription plan - Download materials explicitly marked as downloadable - Use AI chat for professional learning and clinical decision support

What You May Not Do You may not: - Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our paid content without written permission - Share account credentials to give others access to paid content - Scrape, crawl, or extract Platform content via automated means - Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content - Create derivative works based on our catalog or methodology for distribution - Remove copyright notices or attribution

Your Content You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (feedback, comments, custom prompts). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and analyze it for service improvement.

Payment Processing All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store full payment card information.

Pricing Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions If you purchase a subscription: - It automatically renews at the end of each billing period - You may cancel at any time through your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - No partial refunds for unused periods of a cancelled subscription

Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard under "Billing & Subscription." Cancellation prevents future charges but does not remove access until the end of the current paid period.

Refund Policy - Digital Downloads: No refunds once a file has been downloaded, except where required by applicable law - Subscriptions: Refunds available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not accessed premium content - Access Issues: If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing purchased content, we will issue a full refund or credit - EU/EEA Users: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products not yet consumed, as required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• •Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• •Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
• •Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• •Impersonate Quantic Aether, our staff, or another person
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
• •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• •Use the AI assistant to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• •Interfere with Platform operations (DDoS attacks, excessive API calls, etc.)
• •Use automated tools to harvest content or user data
• •Circumvent any access controls or DRM measures

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

Our AI chat and Atlas Doctor features are powered by the 369-Atlas Advanced System and are designed to assist licensed professionals with learning and contextual clinical support.

Limitations of AI responses: - AI may produce inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information - AI responses are not a substitute for professional medical judgment, clinical diagnosis, or treatment decisions - AI does not have access to real-time information, patient records, or your specific clinical context unless you provide it - AI responses should be independently verified with qualified professionals and applicable clinical guidelines before acting on them

Quantic Aether does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated response for any specific patient or clinical situation. You use the AI assistant at your own professional risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUANTIC AETHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities - Damages arising from health decisions based on Platform content - Damages arising from AI assistant responses - Service interruptions or data loss

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability; these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quantic Aether and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• •Your violation of any third-party rights
• •Any content you submit to the Platform
• •Your health or clinical decisions based on Platform content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.

External forum links (such as 369-forum.com) are operated independently; their terms and privacy policies apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and, where applicable, European Union law (including GDPR and the EU Digital Single Market Directive), without regard to conflict of law principles.

For EU/EEA Users: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.
