  2. Slowly move the image from left to right while simultaneously making it smaller, dimmer, quieter.

  1. On the CENTER of the screen, project the DESIRED reality — already complete, already real. See yourself well, successful, joyful. Add sensory detail: sounds, smells, textures.
  2. Step INTO the image. Feel it from the inside.
  3. Say internally: "This is now my reality. It is done."

For Healing:

  1. Project the affected organ or body part in perfect health on the screen. See it glowing with blue-white light. Hear it functioning perfectly. Add a gold healing beam entering from above.
  2. State: "I command my mind to heal this. My body responds to my directions. It is done."

Technique 3: The Mental Laboratory

A more advanced visualization where you create a dedicated inner workspace that contains:

  • A laboratory with any tools or equipment you need
  • An inner advisor (can be a wise figure, animal, or light being)
  • A healing chair where you place yourself or others for remote healing
  • A calendar showing past and future dates (for intuitive exploration)
